Several times we did mini exercises. To count by tens and twos, say the alphabet forward and backward, the letter sounds and to spell out high frequency words.
I've taught a new attention grabber. I say "Happy Valentine's Day." They respond with hearts and get quiet. It's fun!
We spent some time drawing and painting. It was fun!
We ended the day with a Cloverbuds rotation.
