We had a quick healthy snack yesterday.
Peaches, cottage cheese and raisins.
We are hitting it hard in reading. As well as reading about things being built, the fluency passage is A Plant Grows. So much growth with repeated readings. And noticing high frequency words in the passage is quite amazing.
Most kids had time today to do the craft about plant parts and the importance of the plant parts. They took them home today.
And how about a fun way to practice high frequency words?
We haven't blown off the playground yet, but several days have been iffy.
